How postpaid billing works

You're never charged upfront for usage. Each day a doctor is active beyond your plan's included quota, one record is added to your invoice. On the 1st of each month, all of last month's overage is rolled into a single invoice along with the plan fee + 18% GST. You pay through Razorpay; if a payment fails, your account moves to past_due with a 7-day grace period before bookings pause.
